Our in-house specialist Claims Adjusters, Removal Claims Service, have authority to manage and settle most customers’ goods claims on behalf of your insurers. From the point of notification, our experienced adjusters would work in collaboration with you and your customer to ensure a prompt and fair settlement is reached.

Motor, Property, Liability and all other claims

We have a team of dedicated in-house Claim Handlers who are responsible for managing your claim from start to finish. Our advisers will guide you through the notification process and ensure a prompt and fair settlement from your insurers is achieved.

For example, in the unfortunate event of a motor accident, our advisers are on standby to help arrange repairs as quickly as possible, utilising insurers’ network of approved repairers where appropriate. We will also assist with any recoveries where a third party is at fault, including providing guidance on recovery of your excess, hire charges and any injuries sustained by you or your employees.
