Self Storage Operators Policy

  • Available for single and multi-site Operators

  • Exclusive policy available underwritten by Royal & Sun Alliance (RSA) that incorporates an Operator’s Commercial Combined requirements as well as Customers’ goods protection.

  • Customers’ goods protection can be provided on either a “new for old” or indemnity basis.

  • The policy can also include the following:

    • Employers’ Liability

    • Public Liability

    • Products Liability

    • Business Interruption to cover the loss of revenue from storage and any additional cost of working

    • Property Damage including protection for Buildings, Tenants Improvements, Fixed and Portable Computers and Electronic Equipment, Office Contents and Materials & Stock

    • Money & Assault

    • Legal Expenses
